We offer office premises with the total area:
1) 340 sq.m located on the 2nd floor of “Business centre Europe” at the address: 4, Museyniy lane, Kyiv.
The main terms of the Lease Agreement:
- the commencement date of lease is 01.06.2010;
- the minimal term of lease is 1 year;
- the rent payment aggregates 25$/sq.m and 50$/sq.m respectively monthly (quarterly) in advance by way of banking transfer.
Additional payments:
- the service charge is 4$/sq.m. (this is the cost connected with rendering the municipal services and the management which includes electricity, water and heat supply, fire signaling, building guarding, cleaning, garbage removal and other);
- VAT;
- Electricity payment (on the grounds of counter indications plus 30% for the lightening of the common use places);
- The Guarantee funds (the sum of double rental payment for the first full month of lease plus VAT). On completion of the lease term the Guarantee funds will be returned by the lesser in full amount under condition of properly fulfillment of Lessee’s obligations.
2) 82,6 sq.m. on the 1st floor in the office centre “Business centre Europe” at the address: 4, Museyniy lane, Kyiv.
The main terms of the Lease Agreement:
- The start date of lease is 01.12.2010;
- the minimal term of lease is 1 year;
- the rent payment aggregates 40 $/sq.m. monthly (quarterly) in advance by way of banking transfer.
Additional payments:
- the service charge is 6 $/sq.m. (including VAT) (this is the cost of rendering the municipal services and the management which includes water and heat supply, fire signaling, building guarding, cleaning, garbage removal and other);
- Electricity payment (on the grounds of counter indications plus 30% for lightening of places of common use);
- The Guarantee funds (the sum of double rental payment for the first full month of lease without VAT). Under condition of properly fulfillment of Lessee’s obligations on completion of the lease term the Guarantee funds will be repaid by the lesser in full amount.
