Vacation for rent:

premises with total area 72 sq.m on the 1 floor.
The
main terms of the Lease Agreement:

payment for rent – 20 $/sq.m.

the service charge – 5 $/sq.m.
Additional
payment:
- electricity
payment (on the grounds of counter indications plus 30% for lightening of
places of common use);

VAT;

the Guarantee Funds (the sum of double rental payment for the first full month
of lease). Under condition of properly fulfillment of Lessee’s obligations on
completion of the lease term the Guarantee funds will be repaid by the Lesser
in full amount.
II. Vacation for rent:
Facade office premises with total area 187 sq.m on the 4th floor.
The main terms of the Lease Agreement:
- payment for rent – 19 $/sq.m.
- the service charge – 5 $/sq.m.
Additional payment:
- electricity payment (on the grounds of counter indications plus 30% for lightening of places of common use);
- VAT;
- the Guarantee Funds (the sum of double rental payment for the first full month of lease). Under condition of properly fulfillment of Lessee’s obligations on completion of the lease term the Guarantee funds will be repaid by the Lesser in full amount.
III. Vacation for rent:
Bright facade office with a total area of 167 sq.m. on the 4th floor.
The main terms of the Lease Agreement:
- payment for rent – 19 $/sq.m.
- the service charge – 5 $/sq.m.

- VAT;
